Craig Robert Meyer

Craig Robert Meyer, 58, of Marion, formally of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at the Silver Oak Nursing in Marion, surrounded by his family. He was born on May 27, 1965, in Manchester, the son of Leslie and Leona (Stone) Meyer. Craig was raised and educated in the Manchester area, graduating from West Delaware High School in 1983.

On May 20, 1989, Craig was united in marriage to Ann Moorman. Two children were born to this union. The couple were later divorced in 2011. Craig was self employed and worked in construction.

Craig enjoyed fishing, golfing, playing cards, grilling, and woodworking.  He especially loved spending time with his family and his dog, ZJ.

Survivors include his two daughters, Ashley Paulson of Waterloo and Kelsey (Kyle Volner) Meyer of Ankeny; his three brothers, Wayne (Colleen) Meyer of Manchester, Jeff Meyer of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Jason (Beth) Meyer of Olathe, Kansas; several nephews and a niece; and several uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Craig was preceded in death by his parents.
