Rowdy James Cuffe

Rowdy James Cuffe, 60, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026, at his home in Manchester.  He was born on September 19, 1965, in Elkader, Iowa, the son of John Cuffe and Audrey (White) Cuffe. Rowdy attended West Delaware High School.

Rowdy worked in construction. He enjoyed the outdoors and was a rock collector.

He is survived by his mother, Audrey Leach of Manchester; and sister, Kelly (Joe) Niles of West Branch.

Rowdy was preceded in death by his father; and his step-father, Fred Leach.
